At Dozo, we want you to love your style; if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
